Want to save money and huge amounts of time with your building project? The factory-built XTREME BUILD™ method means your building can be constructed simultaneously with site preparations and be ready for installation when the site is ready!

Pacific Development Solutions, Inc. specializes in factory-built structures. Construction is done in huge climate-protected factories by dedicated specialists in each construction trade. The structures are built to either stringent Federal or UBC construction and safety codes. You make the design selections - both exterior and interior amenities. You wouldn't want your custom car delivered in pieces to your driveway, subject to the weather, hoping on specialists to arrive on-time in the proper order to assemble it. Why build your building that way?

What does the Xtreme Build™ method mean to you?

First, QUALITY. Each building includes steel support – under the floor and/or in the perimeter frame structure. The manufacturers use the same brand-name lumber, drywall, plywood, wiring, plumbing, siding and roofing of any site-built structure. Each structure is attached to a steel-reinforced concrete foundation.

Secondly, TIME. The Xtreme Build™ method uses a dedicated factory work force of specialists, commonly hundreds of workers. This reduces delays from lack of skilled labor or delayed subcontrators. Since the structures are constructed in huge climate-protected buildings, there are no weather delays. This enables completion of the structure in weeks versus months with site-built structures. Construction can occur while the site preparations are being made.
